Michael Goodman and Eli Crabtree saw their first career varsity starts and while they didn’t score and both fouled out, they played a tremendous game with the Tigers short on players. Those two young men stepped up big time.
Waverly with a starter out injured, a 6th man out with injury, a starter out of town and a 7th/8th man out of town. Not to mention a starter and another player no longer with the team.

Waverly played as well as they could have tonight and it was good enough to beat a pretty decent West team.

Davis lead West with 18, Howard 16, Bauer 11, Coe 2 and Coleman 2.
Coe and Bradford fouled out.

Waverly just trying to survive, pick up some wins until they can get some players back.
